MVNOs access to the system is secured and restricted to its own customer data. No MVNOs can access data of another MVNO. Within Baraka’s service management team, there is a dedicated service team managing each MVNO with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Our IT infrastructure are placed in a secured Data Centre with Robust, uninterrupted power supply, internet connectivity via full redundancy in access infrastructure and 24x7x365 manned security and centralised monitoring system.
