Ewan Manamohan

Head, Service Delivery & Operations                        

Ewan Manamohan has more than 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry. During his career, he has worked in almost all aspects of Telecommunications which includes OSS, BSS and VAS. He started off more than a decade ago as a developer of cutting edge telecommunications technology in many of the industry pioneers. From there, he quickly moved up the ranks to lead teams which support global operations of large multinationals. This includes stints as Continuing Engineering Manager in Comverse Research & Development,  Support Manager in Tecnotree , Senior Service Planning Architect for DiGi Malaysia and most recently Technical Lead in IBM.  

A natural leader, Ewan has led and managed teams who have developed innovative solutions for the leaders of the telecommunications industry. This includes international operators such as NTT, Vodafone, Telstra and T-Mobile.
  

Having already helped launch Baraka as a pioneer MVNE, Ewan is keen to help Baraka transform itself into an industry leader moving the MVNE business into its next phase.
Stephen Loh

Director, Commercial & PMO

Stephen has eighteen years of technology management experience both online and offline in SEA and India.

Online experience includes development and optimization of websites to support B2B and B2C growth strategy for clients. Development work includes complete SDLC for application and infrastructure rollout. Optimization work includes analytics, online marketing and search refinement. Key achievements include business loyalty and e-commerce programs for Shell, Maxis, Parkson and Global Sources.

Offline experience includes technical and product support of innovative equipment and software from proof of concept/prototype through implementation and both reactive and preventive maintenance. Significant clients include Computer Sciences Corp, Siemens Networks, Baxter and BiotechCorp.

Both experiences span RFI to post-warranty phases and are formally grounded in the following governance practices:

Value governance based on COBIT and VAL IT to manage a portfolio of programs throughout their economic lifecycle to ensure expected benefits are realized. Governance is further enhanced with process improvements on CMMI/CMM methodology.

Risk governance based on threat/vulnerability models as per ISO/IEC 27001/27002:2005/ BS 25999. He has designed standard operating and business continuity procedures.

Project governance based on PMBOK Process groups and Knowledge areas from initiation to closure to ensure planned tasks are completed as committed.

Key to his management activity is regular communication from line to C-level to ensure internal and external stakeholders understand and accept defined responsibilities/accountabilities and benefits.

Stephen has obtained certifications from Project Management Institute, Business Continuity Institute and Information Systems Audit and Control Association.
